Overview

Anaplan Connector for Sheets™ ("the Add-on") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle your data when you use our Google Sheets™ add-on.

Information We Access

• Google Sheets™ Data: Only the spreadsheets where you explicitly install and use the add-on
• Anaplan Credentials: Your Anaplan authentication tokens (stored securely in Google's Properties Service)
• User Email: Used only for sending scheduled export notifications (if enabled by you)

Information We Store

• Configuration Data: Your Anaplan workspace/model selections, stored in Google Properties Service
• Schedule Settings: Export schedules you create, stored in Google Script Properties
• Authentication Tokens: Encrypted and stored in Google's secure Properties Service
• No External Storage: We do not store any data on external servers

How We Use Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate with Anaplan on your behalf
• Execute data exports from Anaplan to Google Sheets™
• Run scheduled exports at your specified times
• Send notification emails about export status (only if enabled)

Data Sharing

We do not:

• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Access your data except when you explicitly run the add-on
• Store your data outside of Google's infrastructure

Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS
• Authentication tokens are encrypted
• We follow Google's security best practices
• OAuth 2.0 is used for Anaplan authentication

Data Retention

• Configuration data is retained until you uninstall the add-on
• Authentication tokens expire according to Anaplan's policies
• You can clear all stored data by using the "Logout" function

Your Rights

You can:

• Remove the add-on at any time (Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons)
• Clear all stored credentials using the logout function
• Delete scheduled exports through the add-on interface
• Request data deletion by contacting us at ryan.domke@aplan4sheets.com

Google API Services User Data Policy

This add-on complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
